Terms and Conditions for the e-Shop for Share Purchases
- General Information These Terms and Conditions administer the use of the E-Shop for purchasing shares of Plota Parking S.A. through Shares Management MONOPROSOPI IKE, VAT number 802496140, with GEMI number 177456906000, and registered office at 8, Kalapothaki, Thessaloniki, Greece. By accessing the E-Shop and completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Buyers must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding transactions.
- Buyers agree to provide all required documentation and identification as may be necessary in accordance with applicable law.
- Product Description Shares of the company are sold through the E-Shop in compliance with the company’s articles of association and applicable legislation. The price and availability of the shares may change without prior notice.
- Pricing and Payment
- All prices are stated in EURO (€) and include any applicable legal taxes.
- Following Greek law and European Union regulations, the sale of shares in non-listed companies is exempt from VAT.
- Payment for shares is to be made using the available methods on the E-Shop (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
- Share Transfer
- Shares are transferred and registered in the buyer’s name upon completion of payment and approval of the transaction by the company.
- The transfer of shares may be subject to any restrictions established by law or the company’s articles of association.
- Limitation of Liability The company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the E-Shop or the purchase of shares, including but not limited to loss of income, lost profits, or any direct or indirect damages.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The sale of shares is final and irreversible once the transaction is completed.
- Cancellation or refund requests are not accepted unless required by law.
- Data Protection The company handles users’ personal data following the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the privacy policy, which is available on the E-Shop.
- Amendments to the Terms The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes before their next use of the E-Shop.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms are administered by Greek law. Any disputes arising from the use of the e-shop or related transactions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki
